# Customizing Categories and email

## Custom Categories

Customize reporting categories in the platform such as DevOps, Advertising and more. In order to customize your business classifications, you can create new categories to help define what's important to your business. For example, if you wish to add a new category for "CRM", you can enter this new category on the left and it will apply across all of your category breakdown in the corresponding modules.

## Customize Email

Customize email notifications you receive from the platform for alerts and helpdesk emails with your own logo, header and footer.
