# AI Powered Ask Anything in Helpdesk

The new **Ask Anything** tab in Helpdesk allows users to submit any custom query related to ticket operations. The AI interprets free-form questions intelligently and returns accurate, contextual insights.

- **Custom Queries** Users can now ask any question beyond the predefined set. AI analyzes the query in context and provides relevant answers based on tickets, workflows, and support data.
- **Graphical Data Display** When applicable, AI automatically generates charts to represent trends, comparisons, and performance metrics, helping teams grasp patterns at a glance.
- **Flexible & Insightful** Responses combine textual explanations and dynamic visualizations, giving teams actionable insights without extra navigation or manual analysis.
