# AI-powered Features for Knowledge Base Articles

You can now translate, expand, shorten, clarify or change tone selected portion of article with the power of AI.

1. **Translate Articles to Any Language via AI:**

- A new feature has been added to the articles description section that allows users to translate selected portion of text into any language using AI.
- When you click the "Translate to any language via AI" option in the AI dropdown, the translated version will appear as the enhanced text in the desired language.

1. **Expand Articles via AI:**

- The "Expand via AI" option has been added to the articles under the AI dropdown.
- This allows users to expand a selected portion of article text. When clicked, the text will return as an expanded version of the article for clarity.

1. **Easily Change Article Tone:**

- You can now change the tone of your article with a simple click. A new "AI" section has been added to the article editor, where you can select from different tone options.
- Once a tone is selected, your article will automatically update to reflect the chosen tone.

1. **Make Articles Clearer:**

- Another new feature added to the AI dropdown is the "Make it clearer" option.
- By selecting this option, users can trigger AI to clarify the article. Once clicked, the AI microservice processes the message and returns a clearer version of the selected text to help better understand its intent.

1. **Shorten Text:** The system now allows you to shorten your text automatically using AI. This helps make your text more concise without losing any important information.
