Asset Automations

A new set of Asset Automations has been introduced to streamline asset management, similar to the existing help desk automation. This feature allows automated actions to be set up for managing assets more efficiently.

1. Automated Task Creation and Management:
   Users can now create, update, and delete automated tasks related to asset management, just like in the Helpdesk module. This enhances automation for asset workflows.
2. Asset Automation Triggers and Actions:
   Triggers like low disk space, un-synced devices,undetected softwares, or failed integrations can now automatically trigger actions, such as notifying users via emails or performing predefined operations, reducing manual intervention.
3. Logs for Asset Automations:
   Every automated task will now generate logs, making it easier to track changes and monitor the status of tasks.
4. Enable/Disable Automation:
   Users can easily enable or disable automated tasks based on their needs, offering greater flexibility and control.
5. Asset Alerts:
   A bell icon on the managed assets index page will show alerts, providing real-time notifications and updates, similar to the alerts in the Helpdesk module.
