# Broadcasts

We’ve introduced the Broadcast Email feature, a simple and powerful way to send important announcements such as outage alerts, company-wide updates, or workspace notifications directly to your chosen audience.

#### **Targeted Communication**

Choose who receives your message by selecting from:

- Everyone in company (Sends the email to all employees in your company)
- Everyone in workspace (Sends the email to everyone within a specific workspace)
- Specific groups or individuals (Lets you choose particular teams or people to receive the message, so only the selected audience gets it)
