What contracts should you be managing?
- Anything longer than 6 months.
- Any element with a dollar amount, you want to be able to track the contract lifecycle to know when it ends, and to track contract liability.
Vendor contracts, facility contracts, anywhere where spend is important for the org to have visibility.
