# DKIM Status for custom emails in Helpdesk

This feature enhances the Helpdesk module by providing clear visibility and management of **DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)** authentication status for custom email addresses that were set against the custom forms for Inbound Email. This allows users to ensure that the emails are delivered securely, reduces the risk of them being marked as spam, and improves overall security and reliability.

**One-click access to DKIM & DNS Records**

Users can now see a clear overview of all required DNS records (CNAMEs) with their host names, data values, and individual statuses (such as *verified* or *missing*), along with the overall DKIM status.

**Export DNS Records**

To simplify the setup process, users can export the complete list of required CNAMEs records into a CSV file. This file can be provided to their IT team or uploaded directly to their DNS management platform for quick and error-free configuration.

**Instant DKIM status Verification**

A "Verify Now" button allows users to instantly check the updated DKIM and DNS record statuses in case configuration changes are made.
