The Help Center request submission experience has been enhanced to provide a clearer, more guided way for users to create tickets. These updates provide visual clarity, and overall usability of the request flow.
Key Updates:
Centralized Form Selection View
All available request forms are now displayed on a dedicated selection screen, allowing users to easily browse and identify the most relevant form before starting their request.
Custom Form Icons Support
Custom Forms can now have their own icons, helping users visually distinguish between different request types.
Direct Form-Based Ticket Creation
Upon selecting a form, users are taken directly to the chosen form where they can fill in the required details and create a ticket, resulting in a more focused submission experience. This replaces the previous inline form experience with a structured, step-by-step flow, making it easier for users to understand required inputs.
These enhancements deliver visually consistent Help Center experience, enabling users to quickly identify the right form, submit requests with confidence, and improve overall ticket creation efficiency.
