The Control Center
The Genuity Platform is highly customizable and the company setting section is the control center of your business. In this section you are able to add locations, create assignment rules, add permissions to each module, manage billing and even run custom reporting.
To get started with Genuity's Company Settings module:
Update your company profile. Add your time zone, company logo and more.
Add your company locations and link staff, assets, contracts, spend data, services and a whole lot more for better reporting.
When you add all your staff in our company information page, we can give you a clear picture of how staff link to assets, contracts and locations. Manage, edit, archive and deletion are a breeze.
Invite who has access to the platform. All staff by default have access to the help desk
We make it easy to give access to different parts of the platform and customize who can access what.
Access or update your payment information and see invoice history.
Customize reporting categories in the platform such as DevOps, Advertising and more. In addition, customize email notifications you receive from the platform for alerts and helpdesk emails with your own logo, header and footer.
With Genuity reporting you can create reports for all departments and levels of the organization, answer questions by manipulating the data you choose and export it in the format of your choice.
