Help Desk Setup

Before getting started with Help Desk, we recommend that you take a moment and ensure you have all of your staff in Genuity, all settings properly set, and email notifications properly configured.

• Click on your company name at the top left, then click on Add Staff Members.
• Staff members can be added via the Add Staff or Sync Staff buttons. View Adding Staff for more details.
