# Help Desk Setup

Before getting started with Help Desk, we recommend that you take a moment and ensure you have all of your staff in Genuity, all settings properly set, and email notifications properly configured.

- Click on your company name at the top left, then click on Add Staff Members.
- Staff members can be added via the **Add Staff** or **Sync Staff** buttons.  View [Adding Staff](/v1/docs/adding-staff) for more details.
