# Help Ticket Custom Form Preview

The Help Ticket Custom Forms preview experience has been updated to provide users and agents with a modern, interactive view of tickets created through custom forms. These updates improve clarity, usability, and accuracy in visualizing ticket submissions.

**Key Updates:**

**Modern Internal (Agent) Preview**

The Internal tab now displays a modern preview of tickets as they would appear when created from the custom form. Agents can easily see the final ticket layout, ensuring clarity and reducing errors in ticket handling.

**Updated Help Center (User) Preview**

The Help Center tab continues to show how the custom form will appear to end users, providing a faithful representation of the user experience for form submission.

These enhancements deliver a more intuitive and realistic preview experience, helping both agents and users understand the form’s impact and improving overall workflow efficiency.
