Helpdesk Automated Tasks Grouping

A new feature is being introduced to improve the organization and management of automated tasks within the Helpdesk module. Users will now be able to group automated tasks, making it easier to manage them effectively.

  1. Task Grouping for Automated Tasks:
    Users can now group their automated tasks for better organization. This functionality will allow tasks to be grouped according to different categories, making it simpler to manage and track them.

2. New Details Tab:
A new "Details" tab has been added to each automated task. This will provide the following features:

  • Assign Task Groups: You can assign automated tasks to specific task groups.
  • Task History: The history tab will show all logs related to that task, including CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) logs, allowing for better tracking of task changes.
  • Task Metrics: This section will display the task order and the number of times a task has been used, offering insights into task performance.
