# Helpdesk Email Templates Enhancements

A series of improvements have been introduced to empower users with greater flexibility in managing and customizing their email templates. These updates make it easier for teams to tailor communication to match their brand and workflow needs.

#### **Key Updates**

**Customizable Email Templates**

Users can now fully customize email templates according to their own requirements. This allows teams to personalize messaging, format, tone, and branding for various notifications.

**New "Ungrouped Email Templates" Section**

A new section called “Ungrouped Email Templates” has been added to improve organization and visibility. Templates that do not fall into existing categories are now grouped here, making it easier for users to locate and edit them.

**Custom Survey Email Template Customization**

Users can now customize the email templates used for custom surveys, allowing for personalized survey invitations and follow-up messages.
