# Improved Ticket View for Group Members

This enhancement improves collaboration and helps team members stay informed about tickets related to their group, ensuring no important tasks are missed.
1. **View Tickets Assigned to Groups You’re a Member Of:**
"My Active Tickets" now includes tickets that are assigned to a group you are a member of, making it easier to track and manage tickets related to your team.

2. **Filter Applied to Show Tickets for Group Members:**
When a filter is applied, the system will display tickets assigned to groups that you are part of, ensuring you have visibility into all relevant tickets, even if they’re not directly assigned to you.
