The article creation and editing pages have been redesigned to deliver a cleaner layout, easier navigation, and an improved writing experience for Knowledge Base contributors.

Key Updates

• Redesigned Layout:
  The previous left-side tab view has been replaced with multiple dropdown menus positioned on the right side of the page for a more organized and streamlined workflow.

• Improved Field Organization:
  Key fields such as Set a Review Date, Publish to Your Public Help Center, Category, Tags, Location, and Who can access & update this article? are now easier to find and manage.

• Enhanced Body Editor:
  The article content editor has been visually refined for better readability and smoother editing.

• Responsive Experience:
  The layout adapts seamlessly across desktop and mobile screens for flexible use.
