# Managing staff (Edit, Archive)

To **edit staff**, you need **admin permissions** on platform. If you have these permissions, simply go to the staff profile, click on their card and then click on the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner of the staff member's profile you want to change.

**Archiving staff** members is easy to remove staff from view simply click archive within staff members card.
