# Microsoft Azure AD Devices

# Microsoft AzureAD Devices Permissions

Step 1: Login to Azure portal

Step 2: Search for users

Step 3: Select the user you want to give permission to

Step 4: Go to assigned roles

Step 5: Add assignments to the user

Step 6: Grant respective role to the user Note: You may grant either of the one

- Application Administrator
- Global Administrator

# Microsoft AzureAD devices Integration

Step 1: Login to Genuity as a user or administrator. You will need to have edit permissions for the Assets module.

Step 2: Navigate to the Assets Module →Discovery Tools → Connectors Tab → AzureAD Devices and click Sync account

Step 3: A modal will open, click on Yes, proceed and you will be redirected to Microsoft

Step 4: Enter your credentials

Step 5: Give consent (if checkbox appears) and accept

Once Microsoft AzureAD devices is synced, all the assets fetched will be displayed on the Discovered Assets tab. After observing the assets, you can import them to the Managed Assets of your company.
