New enhancements in Canned Responses provide greater flexibility and control over sharing and organizing responses across the workspace. These updates ensure that users can manage their responses more efficiently.
Shareable Canned Responses:
Users can now choose to make a Canned Response shareable within the workspace or keep it private.
Shared Responses are visible to all workspace members.
Private Responses remain accessible only to the owner.
New Filters on Index Page:
Easily filter Canned Responses to quickly locate what you need:
All: Displays all responses you have access to (own + shared).
Created By Me: Displays only responses you created.
Shared With Me: Displays only responses shared by others with you.
UI Improvements:
The Canned Responses index page has been refined for a cleaner look and smoother navigation, ensuring a more user-friendly experience.
