# New Features in Help Desk Canned Responses

New enhancements in **Canned Responses** provide greater flexibility and control over sharing and organizing responses across the workspace. These updates ensure that users can manage their responses more efficiently.

#### **Shareable Canned Responses:**

Users can now choose to make a Canned Response **shareable** within the workspace or keep it **private.**

- Shared Responses are visible to all workspace members.
- Private Responses remain accessible only to the owner.

#### **New Filters on Index Page:**

Easily filter Canned Responses to quickly locate what you need:

- **All:** Displays all responses you have access to (own + shared).
- **Created By Me**: Displays only responses you created.
- **Shared With Me:** Displays only responses shared by others with you.

#### **UI Improvements:**

The Canned Responses index page has been refined for a cleaner look and smoother navigation, ensuring a more user-friendly experience.
