People Out of Office Status Enhancements

People out of office enhancements improve the Automated Task assignment for people who are out of the office. It ensures that tasks are not assigned to unavailable people.

Key Updates:

• Dynamic User Availability in Dropdowns
  People who are currently out of the office will automatically be removed from the automated task people list while creating tasks. This keeps the list relevant and prevents the selection of people who are out of the office.

• Status Update
  If a user becomes out of office after being available, the system will immediately reflect this change. The user will be marked as "Out of Office".

• Seamless Tickets Assignment
  Tickets will only be assigned to people who are currently available. This ensures smooth workflow and maintains efficiency in ticket assignment.
