The Out-of-Office (OOO) tickets reassignment feature has been migrated from Automated Tasks to Helpdesk Settings for a more streamlined and centralized configuration experience.
A new Out of Office tab has been added under Helpdesk Settings, making it easier to manage and control how tickets are reassigned when agents are unavailable.
