# Out of Office Tickets Reassignment Migration

The Out-of-Office (OOO) tickets reassignment feature has been migrated from **Automated Tasks** to **Helpdesk Settings** for a more streamlined and centralized configuration experience. A new **Out of Office** tab has been added under Helpdesk Settings, making it easier to manage and control how tickets are reassigned when agents are unavailable.

### Key Updates

- **Migration from Automated Tasks** The existing OOO reassignment setup has been moved from **Automated Tasks** to **Helpdesk Settings**, simplifying configuration and maintenance.
- **New “Out of Office” Tab** A new tab is now available in **Helpdesk Settings**, allowing users to easily view and update OOO reassignment rules.
- **Simplified Configuration** Managing OOO behavior no longer requires task-based setup — it’s now handled directly through Helpdesk Settings for a cleaner, more consistent experience.
