Workspace Specific Workschedule
Workschedule can now be set separately for each workspace. This update allows greater flexibility by enabling individual workspaces to follow their own schedules, instead of using a single company-wide setting.
Integration Stats Popup for Meraki, Kaseya, and Ubiquity
The popup views for Meraki, Kaseya, and Ubiquity connectors are now aligned with a consistent and user-friendly design approach.

Each connector opens in a modal with two tabs:
- Config Tab
The modal for each connector—Meraki, Kaseya, and Ubiquity—includes a "Config Tab" where users can input essential details for integration. Each connector's configuration is presented clearly under its dedicated tab, allowing for a seamless setup process.

The Logs Tab will display the sync history and related logs, providing a clear overview of integration activities. It helps in tracking past sync operations and identifying any issues that may have occurred.

Enhanced Asset Discovery Experience
Significant improvements have been introduced to the Asset Discovery module to enhance flexibility, visibility, and usability.
- Comprehensive Logging:
Logs have been added for all key actions, including:
- Additions, removals, and modifications
- Sync status changes (e.g., Sync Failed, Sync Successful)
- New sync connector creation
- Table Format Update:
- The discovered assets table has been updated to match the standardized format used in the Help Desk list view
- This includes layout improvements and consistent styling for a unified experience across modules
- Customizable Columns:
- Users can now add or remove columns in the discovered assets list view based on their preferences
- Customization is user-specific and retained across sessions
- Resizable and Draggable Columns:
- Columns in the discovered assets list can now be resized to adjust to content width
- Columns can also be dragged and reordered, allowing users to personalize their view for better readability
- Advanced Filtering and Sorting:
- A new filter option has been added to help narrow down asset views
- Sorting is now available for all columns, offering more control when reviewing large sets of discovered assets.
Contracts V2 – Calendar and Alerts Updates
Enhancements have been made to the Contracts module to support better visibility and usability in line with Contracts V2 requirements.
- Updated Contracts Calendar:
- The Contracts calendar view has been updated based on the latest design mocks
- Visual alignment, layout, and interaction behavior have been improved for better clarity and navigation
- New Alert Modal Functionality:
- A dedicated Alert pop-up modal has been added
- When users click on the alert icon, a modal appears displaying Contact Name, Vendor Name, Alert Date and Amount.
PDF Upload and Conversion for Articles
A new enhancement has been added to streamline content creation by allowing direct PDF uploads from the local system.
- PDF Upload via “Add Article” Dropdown:
- Users can now upload PDF files directly when creating a new article using the “Add Article” option
- Files up to 25MB in size are supported
- Automatic Conversion to Body Text:
- The content of the uploaded PDF is automatically extracted and added to the article body
- Original formatting (such as headings, paragraphs, and bullet points) is preserved to ensure readability.
Improved Navigation and Design Updates in AppDirect Marketplace
- Enhanced Top Menu Bar:
- The top menu bar now includes new options: "All Categories," "Microsoft Solutions," and "Spotlights".
- The dropdown menus have been enlarged for better visibility, and a sleek AppDirect-style effect has been applied for an improved look.
- A new search field has been added to the navigation bar, conveniently placed next to the login button for easy access.
- The menu is now fully responsive, providing a seamless experience even on smaller screens.
- Slider Images Update:
- The slider images have been adjusted to slow down the scrolling speed, allowing for better viewing.
- The height of the images has been reduced for a more balanced and visually appealing layout.
