## Workspace Specific Workschedule

Workschedule can now be set separately for each workspace. This update allows greater flexibility by enabling individual workspaces to follow their own schedules, instead of using a single company-wide setting.

## Integration Stats Popup for Meraki, Kaseya, and Ubiquity

The popup views for Meraki, Kaseya, and Ubiquity connectors are now aligned with a consistent and user-friendly design approach.

1. **Unified Interface:** All three connectors now follow a consistent layout, ensuring a modern and intuitive user experience for smoother navigation and better usability.
2. **Tabbed Modal Structure:** Each connector opens in a modal with two tabs:

- **Config Tab**  

The modal for each connector—Meraki, Kaseya, and Ubiquity—includes a "Config Tab" where users can input essential details for integration. Each connector's configuration is presented clearly under its dedicated tab, allowing for a seamless setup process.

| Meraki | Organization Name, API Token | Users enter the Organization Name and API Token to sync with Cisco Meraki. |
| Kaseya | Integrator Username, Client Secret, VSA URL | Users provide the Integrator Username, Client Secret, and VSA URL for syncing with Kaseya. |
| Ubiquity | Controller URL, Username, Password | Users fill in the Controller URL, Username, and Password to integrate with Ubiquity for asset syncing. |

- **Logs Tab**  

The Logs Tab will display the sync history and related logs, providing a clear overview of integration activities. It helps in tracking past sync operations and identifying any issues that may have occurred.

1. **Streamlined Experience:** The updated design reduces complexity, improves usability, and allows users to manage configurations and review logs without navigating away from the current view.
2. **Purpose of the Update:** To ensure consistency across all connectors and enhance clarity, efficiency, and ease of use during setup and ongoing management.

## Enhanced Asset Discovery Experience

Significant improvements have been introduced to the Asset Discovery module to enhance flexibility, visibility, and usability.

1. **Comprehensive Logging:**  

Logs have been added for all key actions, including:

- Additions, removals, and modifications
- Sync status changes (e.g., Sync Failed, Sync Successful)
- New sync connector creation

1. **Table Format Update:**

- The discovered assets table has been updated to match the standardized format used in the Help Desk list view
- This includes layout improvements and consistent styling for a unified experience across modules

1. **Customizable Columns:**

- Users can now add or remove columns in the discovered assets list view based on their preferences
- Customization is user-specific and retained across sessions

1. **Resizable and Draggable Columns:**

- Columns in the discovered assets list can now be resized to adjust to content width
- Columns can also be dragged and reordered, allowing users to personalize their view for better readability

1. **Advanced Filtering and Sorting:**

- A new filter option has been added to help narrow down asset views
- Sorting is now available for all columns, offering more control when reviewing large sets of discovered assets.

## Contracts V2 – Calendar and Alerts Updates

Enhancements have been made to the Contracts module to support better visibility and usability in line with Contracts V2 requirements.

1. **Updated Contracts Calendar:**

- The Contracts calendar view has been updated based on the latest design mocks
- Visual alignment, layout, and interaction behavior have been improved for better clarity and navigation

1. **New Alert Modal Functionality:**

- A dedicated Alert pop-up modal has been added
- When users click on the alert icon, a modal appears displaying Contact Name, Vendor Name, Alert Date and Amount.

## PDF Upload and Conversion for Articles

A new enhancement has been added to streamline content creation by allowing direct PDF uploads from the local system.

1. **PDF Upload via “Add Article” Dropdown:**

- Users can now upload PDF files directly when creating a new article using the “Add Article” option
- Files up to 25MB in size are supported

1. **Automatic Conversion to Body Text:**

- The content of the uploaded PDF is automatically extracted and added to the article body
- Original formatting (such as headings, paragraphs, and bullet points) is preserved to ensure readability.

## Improved Navigation and Design Updates in AppDirect Marketplace

1. **Enhanced Top Menu Bar:**

- The top menu bar now includes new options: "All Categories," "Microsoft Solutions," and "Spotlights".
- The dropdown menus have been enlarged for better visibility, and a sleek AppDirect-style effect has been applied for an improved look.
- A new search field has been added to the navigation bar, conveniently placed next to the login button for easy access.
- The menu is now fully responsive, providing a seamless experience even on smaller screens.

1. **Slider Images Update:**

- The slider images have been adjusted to slow down the scrolling speed, allowing for better viewing.
- The height of the images has been reduced for a more balanced and visually appealing layout.

## Enhanced Reviews Section Design in AppDirect Marketplace

1. **Design Enhancements:**

- **Font Size Adjustments:** The font size has been fine-tuned for readability.
- **Logo Update**: Logos are now updated for consistency.
- **Text Alignment and Image Positioning:** Improved alignment and image placement for a more polished and organized look.

## Updated "Top Apps by Category" Section in AppDirect Marketplace

1. **New "View More Apps" Button:**  

A "View More Apps" button has been added below the apps, allowing users to explore additional apps in the category easily.
2. **Centered Categories:**  

Categories are now center-aligned for a cleaner, more balanced look.
3. **Reordered Categories:**  

The categories have been reorganized in the following order for better clarity:

- Microsoft 365
- Security
- Productivity & Collaboration
- Microsoft Security
- Perpetual or Software Subscription

**Updates to "IT Solutions Picked Just for You" Section**

1. **Fixed Spelling in Heading:** The spelling of "solutions" in the heading has been corrected for better accuracy.
2. **Updated Subheading:** The subheading has been updated to: "Explore bestselling IT apps for companies like yours" to better describe the section.
3. **Improved App Display:** When you click on any app, the screen width now adjusts properly, ensuring a smoother browsing experience.
4. **Added Bestseller Badge and New Products:** The following products have been added to the section with a new "Bestseller" badge:

- Microsoft Copilot
- Sophos Intercept X
- Avanan Advanced Protect
- KnowBe4 Diamond with PhishER
- Kaseya VSA with Software Management

## Updated Product Buttons in AppDirect Marketplace

1. **New Product Button Options:**  

The "Buy Now" button has been replaced with two new buttons:

- Add to Cart: Allows users to add products directly to their cart for future checkout.
- Get Expert's Help: Provides users with easy access to expert support for licensing or product-related inquiries.
