The following are all required steps in connecting Genuity to Sage Intacct.

  1. Enabling Sage Intacct's Web Services, 
  2. Entering user credentials into the Genuity Sage Intacct Connector 

For this you may need the following fields —

Field Name

Description

Company Id

Your Sage Intacct Company Id

Sender Id

Your Sage Intacct Sender Id

Sender Password

Your Sage Intacct Sender Password

User Id

Your Sage Intacct User Id

User Password

Your Sage Intacct User Password


Get the Sender ID and Sender Password

To get your sender Id and password you may have to consider the following steps.

Step 1: Login to Sage Intacct

Enter your Sage Intacct credentials in the sign in form by providing the information requested.

Step 2: Enable Web Services

Sage Intacct Web Services enables you to exchange Intacct information with external applications and integrations, such as Genuity.

Data is sent or received in the form of API requests that are made through a Web Services endpoint.

  1. Go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions
  • Turn on Web Services

    2. Go to Company > Setup > Company

  • Switch to the Security tab, click edit, scroll down to Web Services authorization, and Add
  • Enter Sender ID and Description
  • Click Save
