# Save Ticket Summaries and Shareable Link Functionality

A new functionality to enhance your workflow and collaboration within the help desk module:

1. **Save AI-Generated Ticket Summaries:** You can now save AI-generated ticket summaries for future reference. This allows you to keep track of all the ticket information in a more streamlined way.
2. **Shareable Link for Summaries:** A new feature has been added to generate a shareable link for each saved summary. This makes it easier to share ticket information with other team members for better communication and collaboration.
