You can now send Custom Surveys via Broadcast, in addition to Email. This allows Agents and Admins to include survey links directly within broadcast emails.

How to Send a Custom Survey via Broadcast
Open the Broadcast modal from Helpdesk module’s navigation bar.
In the email body, type “#”.
A drop-down menu will appear.

From the drop-down, select Survey.
You will see a list of all available surveys.

Select the desired survey, the survey link will automatically be added to the email body.
Select the target audience.
Send the broadcast email.

Access & Visibility
All recipients of the broadcast email will see the survey link. Only the users with whom the survey was shared will be able to access and submit it. Responses submitted through broadcast surveys can be viewed in the Responses List. Navigate to the Broadcast section within the Responses List to see all responses submitted via broadcast surveys.
