Tags in People

The Company Users module has been enhanced with the introduction of a flexible tagging system, similar to what is already available for Managed Assets. This update focuses on improving organization, searchability, and overall user management efficiency. By allowing custom tags to be assigned to company users, teams can now categorize, group, and filter users more intuitively based on their operational needs.

Key Updates

• User Tagging Capabilities: A new tag management feature has been introduced for company users, enabling teams to assign meaningful tags—such as department names, user roles, locations, project groups, or custom categories. This added layer of organization helps teams quickly identify and manage users across different contexts.

• Enhanced Filtering Options: Along with tagging, users can now filter the Company Users list based on assigned tags. This makes it significantly easier to locate specific groups of users, improve navigation within large user bases, and streamline workflows that require focused user segmentation.
