Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Controller

Ubiquity / Unifi is a wireless network management software and Genuity allows the clients to integrate Unifi controllers with the Genuity platform to import all their associated/ linked assets into the Genuity web application easily where they can manage and observe the assets easily. 

Simply follow the instructions below;

1. Login to Genuity as a user or administrator. You will need to have edit permissions for the Assets module.
2. Navigate to the Assets Module → Connectors Tab → Ubiquity and click sync account.
3. You just need to enter the Controller URL, username and password.
4. Once the Controller is authenticated, Genuity will fetch all the sites attached with the controller and you can sync either all locations/ sites or if you want to fetch assets only from particular sites, you can only select those. 

Direct Remote Connections

This is a specialized remote API access method that allows traffic through Port 8443 in order to establish our integration. This requires granting the UniFi Controller a public IP address on your firewall.

Once Ubiquity is synced, all the assets fetched will be displayed on the Discovered Assets tab. After observing the assets, you can import them to the Managed Assets of your company.
