Let us onboard your staff for you. Send your staff a one-time executable program (Self Onboarding program) that automatically detects device information, with minimal user interaction.
- Login to Genuityas a user or administrator. You will need to have edit permissions for the Assets module.
- Navigate to the Assets → Discovery → Self Onboarding page.
- Select the users you want to add in the Onboarding Invitation section.
- Selected staff will receive a link in their email that invites them to download the Self Onboarding app.
- Click "Send App".
This tool was built to help you collect data about the device it is downloaded on. We highly recommend using this tool as well as the other tools we've provided to collect data on your company's other assets as well.
