To edit a phone number or its information,
- Login to Genuity. You will need to have edit permissions for the Telecom Expense Management module to edit a phone number.
- Navigate to Telecom Expense Management→Phone Numbers.
- Click the Edit icon to the right of the phone number.
- Make your changes to the phone number or information.
- Click Save Number to save it to Genuity.
