To edit an existing Telecom Service, you need edit permissions on the Telecom Management module.
If you have these permissions, simply go to the telecom service profile and click the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner.
You can change any of the information that was entered when you added the telecom service. Make your changes and click save telecom service at the bottom of the screen.
