The Help Tickets export process has been enhanced to provide a more seamless and transparent experience for users. With the new improvements, users can now track the status of their exports in real-time and access the exported file more conveniently. This update ensures better visibility, quicker access, and an added layer of convenience by automatically sending a copy of the export to the user’s email.
Key Updates:
Progress Tracking: A progress bar now appears at the bottom of the page once an export is initiated, allowing users to monitor the status everywhere in the application.
Automatic File Delivery: Upon completion, the exported file is automatically downloaded to the user’s system, ensuring immediate access.
Email Copy: A duplicate copy of the exported file is also sent to the user’s email who initiated the export, making it easy to retrieve and access the file anytime, even outside the platform.
These enhancements reduce waiting time uncertainty, eliminate extra steps in file retrieval, and ensure users always have access to their export files both locally and via email.
