Telecom Navigation Improvements

The Telecom module has been enhanced with a vertical navigation panel, delivering a consistent layout and experience across the platform. Similar to the Assets, Helpdesk, SaaS & Vendor, and Company modules, the new vertical navigation makes it easier for users to quickly switch between different Telecom sections and perform actions without leaving the module. This improvement streamlines workflows, ensures consistency across modules, and reduces the time needed to navigate between Telecom features.
