Introduced a new way to manage and view your asset integrations in Genuity with the addition of a dedicated "Integrated Connectors" tab. This update brings improved organization and more efficient management of connected asset integrations.
- New “Integrated Connectors” Tab:
A dedicated section now displays all connected asset integrations, making it easier to manage them. - Groupings for Integrations:
Integrations are now grouped into two sections:
- Active: Integrations that are currently enabled and in use.
- Inactive: Integrations that have been deactivated.
- Filtering Active Integrations:
You can now filter your active integrations by:
- Has Alerts: Integrations that have alert-worthy asset conditions.
- Sync Errors: Integrations that encountered issues during the last synchronization.
- Integration Cards:
Each integration is displayed as a card with essential information and actions available:
- Asset Counts: Broken down into three categories:
Asset Category | Description |
---|---|
New | Assets detected but not yet imported. |
Not Reporting | Imported assets that haven’t reported in the last 7 days. |
Missing | Assets not appearing in the last sync. |
- Last Synced At: Timestamp for quick reference.
Available Action | Description |
---|---|
Resync | Resynchronize the integration with the asset data. |
Deactivate | Deactivate the integration. |
Delete | Permanently remove the integration. |
Edit | Edit integration settings (where applicable). |
Change Import Type | Change the import method for the assets. |
View Details | View detailed information about the integration. |
Help Center | Access the Help Center for more information. |
- Integration Alerts:
Alerts are now displayed after a resync, showing:
- Asset counts (New, Not Reporting, Missing)
- Sync failure messages (if applicable)
- Alerts can be dismissed individually.
Dismissed Alerts Tab:
Dismissed alerts are moved to a separate tab for better tracking. You can delete alerts permanently from this section.Inactive Integrations:
Deactivated integrations are moved to the "Inactive" section, with only two available actions:
- Reactivate
- Delete
