On the activities page, the overall activities performed in the help desk are listed. The activities are listed for all tickets. Activities can be searched, or filtered by activity type. Activities are shown in chronological order wtih the newest activities at the top.

Each line details the change performed, who made the change, and when it was done. The ticket number and subject of the ticket is displayed to distinguish between tickets. The tickets for each activity can be shown by clicking on the activity line. A new window is open with the ticket detail page.
