Deleting a phone number is a permanent action. To delete a phone number,
- Login to Genuity. You will need to have edit permissions for the Telecom Expense Management module to delete a phone number.
- Navigate to Telecom Expense Management→Phone Numbers.
- Click the trash can icon to the right of the phone number.
- Confirm your action by clicking Delete.
