Enhanced MS Intune & Google Workspace Integration

Some enhancements have been made to both Microsoft Intune & Google Workspace integrations to provide greater control and flexibility when importing device and user data.

1. User Import Option:
   A new configuration option has been added to allow you to choose whether or not you want to import users along with devices from both integrations. This gives you the flexibility to manage user data based on your organizational needs.

2. Automatic User Assignment:
   When the option is enabled, all users assigned to devices in Intune will now be automatically imported and linked to the respective devices within our platform.

3. Staff Member Creation:
   Imported users will be added as uninvited staff members, making it easier for administrators to review and onboard them as needed, without disrupting current workflows.
   

4. Discovered User Record:
   For every imported user, a corresponding discovered user profile will be created. These profiles will indicate the source of discovery as Microsoft Intune or Google, allowing for better tracking and auditing of user data across systems

These enhancements streamline user-device mapping, reduce manual data entry, and ensure a smoother integration experience for organizations using Microsoft Intune or Google Workspace.
