Genuity/Windows Active Directory

1. Install windows active directory from Genuity platform, and once installed open up the program and type in the Domain Name or the IP address of your Active Directory.

2. Enter a Controller Name if applicable.

3.Type in Domain, Controller, Username and Password for your user directory.

4.Click on the save button and give it a few seconds to fetch the records.

5.You should now be able to see a structure of all users in your network! ( Note: Some of the fields such as email address is mandatory for the records to be synced in our platform)

6.Click Finish to sync the records in the platform.

7.Simply check the names you want to import and click the add staff button..

8.See the selected names here. You can add default information across users or customize by user before import and finish adding them to the platform.
