We have introduced Multi-step Form Templates to help you get started quickly with workflows. These pre-built templates provide structured, best-practice workflows for common service scenarios, saving you time and ensuring consistency.

Quick Start Templates

You can now choose from a library of professionally designed templates when creating a new multi-step form. Each template comes with:

  • Pre-configured steps and navigation

  • Standardized form fields

  • Built-in conditional logic (where applicable)

  • Optimized layouts for agents and end-users

Available Templates

1. IT General Request

A comprehensive workflow for handling general IT inquiries.

  • Key Feature: Conditional logic routing based on request type (Hardware vs. Software vs. Other).

  • Use Case: One-stop form for all IT-related issues.

2. On-boarding Workflow

A structured process for welcoming new hires.

  • Steps: Basic Details → On-boarding Details → Additional Info.

  • Fields: Includes new hire name, title, start date, location, and supervisor details.

3. Offboarding Workflow

A standardized exit procedure for departing employees.

  • Steps: Employee Details → Off-boarding Specs → Final Checks.

  • Fields: Covers termination date, department, and supervisor verification.

4. Hardware Request

A focused workflow for equipment provisioning and repair.

  • Steps: Issue Description → Reasoning → Additional Notes.

  • Use Case: Streamlines laptop, monitor, and peripheral requests.

5. Application Request

A smart form for software access and licensing.

  • Key Feature: "Known App" logic – asks for specific application name if the user knows it, otherwise guides them to describe their needs.

6. Blank State

A clean slate for building completely custom workflows from scratch.

How to Use

  1. Create Custom Form: Click on "+ Add Form" in the Custom Forms section.

  2. Select Template: A new modal will appear displaying the "Quick Start Form Templates".

  3. Preview & Choose: Click on a template to see its description, then select "Use Selected Template".

  4. Customize: The template will load into the Multi-step Builder, where you can add, remove, or modify fields and logic to fit your specific needs.
