Redesigned Custom Forms

The Custom Forms Index Page has been redesigned to provide a more organized, user-friendly, and flexible experience. The update introduces new ways to view, create, and manage forms more efficiently.

Separate Tabs for Created Forms and Form Templates

To make navigation easier, Created Forms and Form Templates are now separated into two distinct tabs.

• Created Forms Tab: Displays all forms that have already been built and saved by the user.

• Form Templates Tab: Provides a library of pre-designed templates that can be reused to quickly create new forms.

This separation ensures clear distinction between existing forms and available templates.

Enhanced Form Creation Flow

When adding a new form, users are now prompted to choose between starting with a template or building a form from scratch.

• Use a Template: Quickly create forms by selecting from predefined templates tailored to common use cases.

• Build from Scratch: Start fresh with a blank form for full customization and flexibility.

This improvement streamlines the creation process while still allowing full control for advanced customization.

New List View for Forms

A new List View has been introduced, offering an alternative way to browse and manage forms.

• Displays forms in a structured, tabular format to provide key details at a glance.

• Improves visibility and makes it easier to scan through multiple forms, especially when dealing with large numbers of entries.

This view enhances usability and gives users more control over how forms are managed.
