The Workspace filtering experience in the Ticket Index and Quick Views has been enhanced to provide improved flexibility and better multi-company support. This update is designed to make navigation and filtering more intuitive for users managing tickets across multiple organizations, ensuring clearer structure and more precise control over workspace selection.

Key Updates:

Multi-Company Workspace Support:

Workspace filters now support selecting workspaces across multiple companies simultaneously. Workspaces are grouped by their respective company, making it easier for users to understand context and navigate large, multi-organization environments.

Company-Based Workspace Grouping:

When multiple companies are selected, their associated workspaces are displayed in clearly separated groups. This structured grouping improves clarity and helps users quickly identify which workspaces belong to which company.

Per-Company Workspace Selection:

Users can now independently select or deselect workspaces within each company group. This allows for more granular filtering, ensuring that only relevant workspaces are included in the Ticket Index and Quick Views.

Synchronized Selections:

Workspace selections remain fully in sync when companies are added or removed from the filter. If a company is deselected, its associated workspace selections are automatically updated, ensuring consistency and preventing invalid filter states.
