
Keeping track of the time spent on each ticket is important. Time spent under each ticket provides simple time tracking for help desk. Time spent on each ticket can be entereed by the staff spending time on each ticket.
When time spent on a ticket is entered, a comment can be added as well at the same time. Time spent on the ticket can be later edited or removed. Also, the total time spent is shown at the bottom of the spent entries. Time spent on tickets is also available in help desk reporting.
